With over 40 years of experience in a variety of human resources roles and responsibilities, Henderson is Founder and President / CEO of HenderWorks, Inc., and Co-Director of the Institute for Sustainable Diversity and Inclusion.  Until his retirement in December 2013, Henderson served as Chief Diversity Officer for Weyerhaeuser Company (Federal Way, WA), advising the CEO and senior management team on diversity, inclusion, and affirmative-action related matters.  In addition to these roles, Henderson has also served as an international advisor, consulting the United Nations General Assembly, many departments of the U.S. federal government, as well as, global cultural and professional associations.  (Official webinar news release.)
