Board Member Recruitment

 

The California Green Academy ("CalGreen") values and excels with diversity, equity, and inclusion, and since CalGreen’s incorporation, has set-out to invite a plethora of individuals for potential board membership.  Those invited have been members of the business, technology, transportation, public, private, advocacy, nonprofit, educational, and other professional communities.
 

Going forward, we are actively seeking an increasingly diversified board membership, especially inclusive of women, ethnic minorities, and populations not historically included in sustainability and ‘mainstream’ environmental justice efforts.
